TTA PARTNERS WITH BSI TO FORM NEW MEMBER BENEFIT
Recently, The Tile Association (TTA) has partnered with The British Standards Institution (BSI) so that TTA members now receive a 25% discount on the purchase of British Standards!
As the UK’s National Standards Body, BSI produces technical standards on a wide range of products and services and also supplies certification and standards-related services to businesses. Of particular interest to the tiling industry is BS 5385 Codes of Practice for wall and floor tiling. Manufacturers also benefit from discounted access to other recommended standards, such as Quality Management (ISO 9001) or Environmental Management (ISO 14001).
This partnership is timely following the 2024 changes to the British Standards for wall and floor tiling. Part 5 of BS 5385 has now been withdrawn as Part 3 now includes those products currently covered in part 5. BS 5385-3:2024 was published on 31st May and is now available for purchase.
